Industry-leading packaging, design, and artwork are crafted by our talented Graphics Team. Enhancing the appeal of our products in your stores or online is our top priority to help drive your sales. Our effective branding and packaging design strategies ensures that your sections look fantastic.

Our Compliance and Legal Team ensures that all our offerings meet the most stringent safety standards across the 30+ countries Craft Time supplies to. This is particularly crucial for items geared towards children, or sensitive items such as glues or paints. We invest tremendously in rigorous product testing with internationally recognized Testing Labs, with Testing and Safety reports readily available should you need them.

Efficient movement of freight worldwide is managed by our skilled Logistics Team, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of freight from factories to our facilities and then onwards to our retail partners.

Our Distribution Team efficiently receives shipments, manages our 100,000-square-foot facility, and carefully collects all items for orders while making sure everything gets packed securely for delivery to your doorstep promptly.

Our Finance Team has an incredible reputation for keeping our factories and vendors happy so that we can continue to reinvest in more new products and grow our categories. They continually work behind the scenes overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments so that our goods are being expedited through our facility as efficiently as possible.
